Our custom-moulded earplugs are expertly designed to help prevent these issues, providing reliable protection while still allowing you to hear speech, alarms, and warning signals clearly.
ProtectHear® filtered noise plugs are precision-made from specially formulated medical-grade silicone for maximum comfort and long-term wearability. Each pair is vented and fitted with a passive acoustic filter that reduces harmful noise levels without blocking out important sounds. This helps maintain awareness of your surroundings, improves safety, and enhances comfort—especially in noisy environments where clear communication is essential.

Canal – Ideal for use under motorcycle helmets, more discreet than full option making it the perfect choice for leisure use.
Full – Ideal for industry, full option is easier to see if dropped and is less discreet making it ideal for PPE compliance monitoring.

£60 for one or both ears when purchasing an associated pair of custom ear plugs from us
£80 for one or both ears with no purchase of custom ear plugs from us
Custom ProtectHear® Plugs
Prices start at £110 - (Final cost is dependent on customers choice of plug and accessories)
Please note - Ear Impressions cannot be taken if there is excess wax
If wax is present and removal is necessary, Microsuction wax removal can be undertaken in clinic however if the wax is too hard, an additional appointment will be necessary. Ear Impressions cannot be taken if there is excess wax.
If this is the case, an appointment fee of £35 will be charged and a follow up Microsuction appointment booked.
Microsuction appointment fee is £45 for one ear, £60 for both, per appointment.
