Fees

Ear Examination, Ear Wax Removal and Hearing Test (if required)- £60 (for both ears)or £45 (for one ear)

Ear Examination and Hearing Test (if required) - £35 (Charged when no wax removal is required)

Home Visit and Care Home Fees

Ear Examination, Ear Wax Removal and Hearing Test (if required)- £60 Flat fee plus home visit mileage fee.

£20 up to 3 miles from clinic base - above 3 miles, it is an additional £3 per mile. Please call for a more accurate price.

Cancellations and Missed Appointments

We operate a cancellation policy which covers both missed and short notice cancellations (less than 48 hours notice). This cancellation fee will be £35 and must be paid within 7 days of the missed appointment.

Appointments booked via our online booking system require a £35 pre-paid deposit which will be deducted from the total cost following your appointment. 

Cancellations of more than 48 hours notice will be refunded back to the original payment method within 5 working days. Missed or short notice cancellations (less than 48 hours) of appointments booked online will not be refunded.

Please note that due to the logistics of being able to run a home visiting service, all Home visit appointments are exempt from the general cancellation and missed appointments policy. Home Visits require full payment in advance and are non refundable.
